USSR in Construction #3 1931

Issue #3 of СССР на стройке / SSSR Na Stroika / USSR in Construction, published 1931. USSR in Construction was a publication dedicated to construction projects and industry in the USSR, published in Russian, French, English and German 1930 to 1941 as a collaboration between some of the most esteemed Soviet artists of the time. The issue is devoted to coal mining, with large photgraphs of colliers, mining equipment, mine shafts, an article on 'Donbass' cultural industry', and a map of mining sites in the Soviet Union. Edited by S Uritsky, A Khalatov, V Mikulin with photography from M Alpert, D Surencky, D Cherkess, and P Mosyagin. Poor condition, large paper loss on bag cover, staining, creasing, pencil writing on back cover.
