USSR in Construction #11 1935

English language version of USSR in Construction #11, 1935. USSR in Construction was a constructivist publication dedicated to construction projects and industry in the USSR, published in Russian, French, English, and German 1930 to 1941 as a collaboration between some of the most esteemed Soviet artists of the time. This issue is devoted to the 15th anniversary of Kazakhstan and features art arrangement by El Lissitzky and V Stepanova. A map shows the development of the region since the October Revolution, and a photomontage with circular cut outs shows coal, metal and oil production in Kazakhstan. Other photos show power plants, oil refineries and construction sites. Fair condition, staining, central pages are loose.
