USSR in Construction #12 1930

English language version of issue #12 of USSR in Construction, dated 1930. USSR in Construction was a constructivist publication dedicated to construction projects and industry in the USSR, published in Russian, French, English, and German 1930 to 1941 as a collaboration between some of the most esteemed Soviet artists of the time. This issue is dedicated to metal, and features dramatic constructivist photos of industrial scenes, such as copper mills in Kolchugino, the Lubertsky Silicate works, and the experimental aluminium works at Leningrad (St Petersburg). The layout is by B Ender and photos are from Union-Photo. Fair condition, vertical fold, tears, creasing, staining, minor damage to spine.
