Illustrirovannaya Gazeta - Illustrated Magazine #24 1941

Illustrirovannaya Gazeta is an illustrated photojournalism supplement to the Soviet newspaper Pravda. The cover features great photographs of motorcyclists. The inside contains a varied selection of photos; a feature on Maxim Gorkey shows photos of him with Stalin, at a rally, giving speeches and in a forest. Another article gives information about a Kolkhoz, with photos of agricultural scenes, farming equipment and people gathered in celebration, whilst a section devoted to the Red Army shows soldiers on horseback and trekking through rivers. Very good condition, creasing, tears, folded horizontally.
