This pocket-size edition is part of the English-language series published by the Foreign Languages Publishing House in Moscow, which aims at edification of the foreign, particularly American readers, about all the aspects of the Soviet reality. The book is devoted to the cultures of Non-Russian nationalities in the Soviet Union.
