Issue #13 (35) of Prozhektor, a Soviet illustrated literary and satirical magazine, dated 15 July 1928. Prozhektor was published as a supplement to Pravda newspaper from 1923 to 1935. This issue includes an installment of The Wonderful Advertures of Tailor Fokin illustrated by Konstantin Rotov, amongst other stories, an article about Chekhov on the 20th anniversary of his death, with portraits, an article about workers' leisure time, and photos of a children's santorium and the Russian delegates at the 5th Comintern Congress, featuring Stalin, Rykov, Zinoviev, and Bukharin. Includes a large photo of the delegates on the centre pages. Good condition, foxing, staining, creasing, no staples - pages are loose.
