Issue #18 (40) of Prozhektor, a Soviet illustrated literary and satirical magazine, dated 30 September 1924. Prozhektor was published as a supplement to Pravda newspaper from 1923 to 1935. This issue includes a letter from Vladimir Lenin to Maxim Gorky, a photograph of a letter from Karl Marx to Friedrich Engels about the First International, an article about civil war in China and a poem by M Golodniy. Photos show the Jubilee of the First International, Vladimir Lenin, Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels, Paul Lafargue, Friedrich Lessner, Friedrich Sorge, and a strike in Vienna.
