Prozhektor #48 1928

Issue #48 (166), of Prozhektor, a Soviet illustrated literary and satirical magazine, dated 25 November 1928. Prozhektor was published in Moscow as a supplement to the newspaper Pravda in 1923-1935. This issue features a photo of children holding signs urging fathers not to drink; a photo of British female workers protesting 'For Work - Against War' in London; an article about racism and the persecution of black people in America; an article about silk with a photo of a German silk factory; a section devoted to study with photos of university students. Very good condition, foxing, minor staining, minor ink smudges on some pages.
