Almanach der Allrussischen Ausstellung für Landwirtschaft und Heimindustrie 1923

Almanac produced for the 1923 Soviet agriculture and industry trade show in Moscow. The fair had a foreign section so companies from many Western countries were able to exhibit. Almanac served purpose of a guide and reference work to the Exhibition and to show Russia's renewed creative powers after years of struggle. The contents are divided into four parts, "General section," "Scientific and economical section," "Preparations for the exhibit," and "General information". This publication contains reproductions of Soviet posters by O. Griun and numerous photographic illustrations, as well as 8 black-and-white photo on good paper, one large folding map of the exhibition grounds, numerous black-and-white photographs and illustrative vignettes. Front and back cover is by I. Lebedev. Published by by the Berlin offices of the Main Exhibition Committee. Fair condition, staining, rubbings, tears and losses of material on the margins and on the spine. Small pencil handwriting on the cover. 96 pages.
