Unique publication celebrating the centenary of the Maly Theatre in Moscow, published in a limited run of 1500 copies. The book contains of essays examining the history, future, as well as impact of the venue on Russian and Soviet theatre in general (one of the texts written by Anatoly Lunacharsky). Graphics by Boris Titov accompany the texts. The notes to a cantata composed by Sergei Vasilenko in honour of the centenary of the Theatre are included at the end. Excellent condition, sporadic light stains, prints of Titov's graphics in colour fully preserved. 136 pages.
