Prozhektor № 15 (37), Soviet illustrated literary and satirical magazine, published 15 August 1924. Prozhektor was published in Moscow as a supplement to the newspaper Pravda in 1923-1935. The cover features a photo by Pyotr Otsup of Old Bolshevik revolutionary and Soviet politican Mikhail Kalinin and his former teacher. Articles include 'M I Kalinin mowing', the story 'Solnechny Udar' / Sunstroke by M. Slonimski, great half-page photos of 'Leningrad (now St Petersburg) workers demonstrating against the Imperial slaughter', including a photo of Streseman, Friedrich Ebert, and Marx, photos of 'The Banner of the Paris Communard at Lenin's Mausoleum', 'Wisdom' by M. Zoschenko, an installment of 'The Wonderful Adventures of Tailer Fokin' by V. Ivanov and illustrated by K. Rotov, and an article on the Young Pioneers. Good condition, folds, minor tears, minor staining, no staples.
