Prozhektor #4 1928

Prozhektor № 4 (122), Soviet illustrated literary and satirical magazine, published 22 January 1928. Prozhektor was published in Moscow as a supplement to the newspaper Pravda in 1923-1935. This issue is dedicated to Lenin; the first page shows a photo of crowds at Lenin's funeral in Red Square, taken four years prior. An article discusses Lenin, and is accompanied by previously unpublished drawings of Lenin by Filipp Malyavin. Also features a poem by Pavel Dryzhinin, a feature about the Pamir Mountains and various articles about current affairs, drawings, cartoons, adverts and short stories. Very good condition, foxing, minor creasing.
