Issue #40 (158) of Prozhektor, a Soviet illustrated literary and satirical magazine, dated 30 September 1928. Prozhektor was published as a supplement to Pravda newspaper from 1923 to 1935. This issue contains artwork by Kukryniksy, Y Ganf, S Gerstein, K Eliseyev and K Rotov. Features photos of tractor drivers, an article about Kalinin's trip to Kavkaz, photos of generals and diplomats, and an article about pedagogy, along with cartoons, stories, and advertisements. Very good condition, creasing, marks and staining.
