The magazine produced by magazine of the German Advertising Association,a specialist magazine for the advertising industry,covers various examples of advertising of different products both in Germany and abroad with black and white images and photographs. The cover features the drawing of a moving train with the numbers 1931 on it by an artist H. Wegner. This issue includes articles about advertising in the USA,examples of plagiarism in posters,billboards in Bremen,and others accompanied by images of posters mainly in Art Deco style and photographs. Published by Francken and Lang publishing house in Berlin,32 pages. Fair condition,some pages are cut out,minor tears on the spine,browning.

What is a lithograph?

Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.

With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.

We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
