The cover features a photomontage by Gustav Klutsis (1895-1938),a pioneering Latvian photographer and a major member of the Constructivist avant-garde in the early 20th century. Includes articles about Lenin,prose and poetry excerpts by Vladimir Mayakovsky,L. Trotsky,G. Chicherin,and others. Features photographs and 2 black and red photomontages by the Soviet artists Sergei Senkin,G. Klutsis,and Alexander Rodchenko,2 out of 16 photomontages are present,and the rest are absent. Published by Glavlit,511 pages. Fair condition,some pages are loose,some pages are absent,tears,paper losses,creasing,staining.

What is a lithograph?
Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
