Yav Reality Imaginists Poem Compilation
A collection of poems of Imaginist writers: A Beliy,G Vladichina,S Esenin,R Ivnev,V Kazmensky,A Marienhof,A Olenin,B Pasternak,S Reksin,S Spasky,I Startsev and V Shershenevich. Published in 1919. The number of poems included by each poet varies,but the average is about six. Many of the poems are untitled. Imaginism was a Russian avant-garde poetic movement that began after the Revolution of 1917. It was founded in 1918 in Moscow by a group of poets including Anatoly Marienhof,Vadim Shershenevich,and Sergei Yesenin,who wanted to distance themselves from the Futurists. The front cover features a Constructivist design by Lentulov of factory workers waving a red Soviet flag. Poor condition,front cover badly frayed and both front and back covers discoloured with age. Writing and stains on the inside of the front cover. More staind on the edges of the back pages. 69 pages.

What is a lithograph?
Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
