Gebrauchsgraphik was the highly respected German publication that focused on advertising art and graphic design,which was very important in publicising the work of established and up-coming artists and designers. Edited by Prof. H. K. Frenzel,German designer,displays,writer,editor. This issue has an article about International Poster Exhibition that was taken part in Munich in 1929. Includes examples of works with commentary done in different countries,such as Germany,Austria,France,Hungary,Spain,Italy,Russia,Romania,Poland,Denmark,Norway,Switzerland,Holland,China,Belgium,Greece and USA. Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?

Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.

With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.

Where do you deliver to?

We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
