Biographical pamphlet about Harry Piel,prolific German actor,film director,screenwriter and film producer who was involved in over 150 films. Pamphlet contains photographs from movies. Most known ones are "Adventure on the Night Express","Night of Mystery","The World Without a Mask" and "Elephant Fury". Constructivist cover made by N. Sokolik,Soviet painter and propaganda poster artist. Published by by Kinopechat,20 000 copies. Fair condition,minor rubbings,tear on the spine,losses of paper on the top edge of the pamphlet. Small pen handwriting on the top left corner of the cover. 16 pages.

What is a lithograph?
Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
