Edited by Mikhail Koltsov,Soviet Journalist,Bolshevik Revolutionary and an NKVD Agent. Frontcover montage by A Zhitomirsky. This issue's artwork includes photographs by M Kalashnikov for the article "Great Writer",illustrations by N Klimashin for the article "From the Hiking Album",illustrations by K Eliseev for the stories "Simple Story" and "Poetry Cracker". Konstantin Eliseev was a cartoonist,stage designer,costume designer,painter and graphic artist. Since the 1910s he worked in the field of magazine graphic art. Illustrations by Yu Ganf on the back cover. Published by the publishing house "Pravda". Good condition. Rubbings and dust staining on the front and back covers. Rubbings along the spine and margins.

Are your posters originals?
All antique and vintage posters listed on our website are guaranteed originals as detailed in their photographs and descriptions, and include a certificate of authenticity.
What is a lithograph?
Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
Can I visit your gallery?
Yes. Our gallery is based in London. Our address is 404 King's Road, Chelsea, London SW10 0LJ.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (by appointment only on Sundays and bank holidays*).
