Description: Constructivist film magazine Soviet Movie Screen,issue number 40,5th October 1926. Printed in Moscow. Weekly magazine on recent developments in film in the USSR. Photomontage from the recently released ‘Six Parts of the World’,advertisement for ‘On Various Shores’ a new release from Avgoskino. Inside articles include ‘Our Great Lunch’,a feature on German films entitled ‘The Average German Picture’ and ‘My First Cinema Debut’ recounted and illustrated by G Golts. List of artwork inside: a humorous cartoon strip ‘The Economy in Surveying’ by M. Getmansky,illustrations for ‘My First Cinema Debut’ by G Golts; a collection of photographic stills from the DEAF film ‘Burak Helped’; various photographs on recent Soviet innovations,inventions or success stories. Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?
Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
