Issue No. 19 (112) of Красноармеец (Krasnoarmeyets - 'Red Army Soldier') published 5 October,1927. Krasnoarmeyets was a monthly military literary and art magazine,issued by the Russian Ministry of Defense from April 1919 to 1947,when it changed names. The magazine continued publication under various titles until 1997. This issue contains cartoons and drawings by K Rotov and N Kurganov,with cover artwork by V Efanov. Includes an illustration of 'Do's and Dont's in Battle' demonstrating how soldiers should camouflage themselves,an article on modern machine guns with diagrams,and a feature titled 'Visiting the Red Front in Germany'. Very good condition,staining,minor creasing,tear along the spine,creasing.

What is a lithograph?
Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
