A Constructivist design on the front cover featuring the stylised silhouettes of workers. This edition includes articles entitled ‘Us and October: For the Correct Line in Proletariat Art’, and ‘Criticism and Self Criticism’ and a feature ‘Questions about the New Work Club: Beginning a Discussion’. List of artwork inside: a painting by N Korshunov ‘Defence of the USSR’; designs to accompany the article on manufacturing art, including bedroom and living room designs and tea set designs; a painting by P P Sokolov-Skalya entitled ‘The Last Day of the Paris Commune’; designs by K Menikov of the ‘Communal Club on Stromynka; ‘friendly cartoons’: ‘forward to the plenum’ and ‘after the plenum’. Good condition, pencil markings and creases on the front cover, stains on the back cover. Worn spine. Some stains on the inside pages. 32 pages.
