The issue features articles on the program of housing builders, production activity, City councils, training of housing and military cooperation, catering for housing and communcal services, chess, story by Vasil Tkachenko 'Man of the Earth', poem by Kalinovsky 'We do not give up', narrative by Yuri Ivanenko 'Rebirth'; with photographs of coal worker in Donbass, fuel, accounting, and courses at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Minsk. 32 pages.
