Original vintage invitation Grand Bal Des artistes Travesti Transmental Vendredi 23 Fevrier 1923 for the benefit of the Mutual Aid Fund of the Union of Russian Artists, Parix. Colour lithograph by the artist Mikhail Larionov (1881 - 1964) featuring the text of the invitation with yellow and black lettering and drawing in the Avant-Garde style. Mikhail Fyodorovich Larionov was an avant-garde Russian painter who worked with radical exhibitors and pioneered the first approach to abstract Russian art.
