The book is published for the major retrospective exhibition organised by the Van Abbemuseum in Eindhoven,the Netherlands in cooperation with the State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow,Russia,the Fundacion Caja de Pensiones in Madrid,Spain,and the Musée d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris / ARC in Paris. This exhibition marks the centenary of the artist's birth and for the first time brings together two most important Lissitzky collections,from Moscow and Eindhoven. The book features illustrated overview and analyses of the different aspects of the artist's work by art leading experts: Yve-Alain Bois,Selim Chan-Magomedov,Kai-Uwe Hemken,Jean Leering,Peter Nisbet,Henk Puts,Maria Nemirovskaya. Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?

Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.

With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.

Where do you deliver to?

We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
