He served as head of government of Soviet Russia from 1917 to 1922 and of the Soviet Union from 1922 to 1924. Contains a lot of photographs and illustrations by various artists,including S. Telingater,Soviet graphic artist,illustrator,printer,typographer,and book designer. I. Brodsky,Soviet-Jewish painter whose work provided a blueprint for the art movement of socialist realism. He is known for his iconic portrayals of Lenin and idealized,carefully crafted paintings dedicated to the events of the Russian Civil War and Bolshevik Revolution. As well as K. Parkhomenko,P. Alyakrinsky,A. Moravov,A. Tyutikov,V. Krotkov,D. Nalbandyan,A. Kutateladze,I. Vladimirov,A. Kozalinov,M. Sokolov and P. Buchkin. Contains tipped in pictures,booklets and maps. Found out maps of Lenin's activities. Published by OGIZ,State Publishing house of political literature. Gold embossing on the cover and the spine. Good condition,minor rubbings,tears and loss of material on the spine,dusting,water staining on the bottom right corner. Part of foreign paper is the back cover.

Are your posters originals?
All antique and vintage posters listed on our website are guaranteed originals as detailed in their photographs and descriptions, and include a certificate of authenticity.
What is a lithograph?
Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
