Laptev,Soviet graphic artist and book illustrator,poet. Corresponding Member of the Academy of Arts of the USSR. This issue contains story "Terentich" written by N. Smirnov,Soviet Russian prose writer,poet and critic; story "Sailor" by V. Lidin,Russian fiction writer and memoirist; article "Second congress of anti-imperialist league",essay "After Kharbinsk raid" by V. Semenov,article "International week","On Donbass","On the paths of the creativity of the masses" by L. Polonskaya. Published by "Izvestij TSIK USSR and VTSIK".
