Rozhdestvensky,Russian,Soviet painter,graphic artist. Illustrated by various artists,such as Yu. Pimenov,Russian and Soviet painter,theatre designer,master of the Soviet advertising poster; K. Eliseev,Russian Soviet graphic artist and theatre and film artist; B. Efimov,Soviet political cartoonist best known for his critical political caricatures of Adolf Hitler and other Nazis produced before and during the Second World War,and was the chief illustrator of the newspaper Izvestia. This issue contains excerpt from book "Crane homeland" by M. Prishvin,Russian writer,prose writer and publicist; poem "Present" by E. Bagritsky,Russian poet of the Silver Age,translator and playwright,graphic artist,part of Constructivist School; story "Gondosov's jubilee" by N. Moskvich; story "In the carriage" by french writer E. Nolly; essay "100 nephew and untie Lelya by A. Tatarova. Published by "Izvestij TSIK USSR and VTSIK",110 000 copies. Fair condition,cover and some pages are partially detached. Staples are missing. Was part of bound yearly volume. Tears and loss of material on the spine. Minor dusting,rubbings and staining. Cancelled library stamp on the back cover. Pencil handwriting on the last page. 24 pages.
