On the front cover a photograph of F Y Kon,a Polish Communist activist,on the back cover is a scene from ‘The Last Determination’ a production at the Meyerhold Theatre. Inside articles include ‘For Proletariat Theatre’,‘Where Goes the Tram’ and a feature of Structural Realism. List of artwork inside: a cartoon strip called ‘The Last Determination’ by Mordmilovich; a story entitled ‘Battles on the Theatre-front’ and accompanied by a drawing also by Mordmilovich; various set designs including Antigone by Naumov. Very good condition,light bumps on margins. 65 pages.

Are your posters originals?

What is a lithograph?
Most of the posters found on our website are lithographs. This is a method of printing that involves drawing a reverse image of each colour onto a piece of stone. The poster sheet is then imprinted consecutively with a stone slab for each colour, creating a stunning and rich image.
With the exception of silk printing, I believe that other printing techniques do not deliver the same impact of colour as lithography.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship posters worldwide rolled in shock-resistant and hard wearing tubes. Unless specified otherwise, delivery is free within the UK and standard international delivery is £35 for orders placed via our website.
